Ghana@60 Mega event is on Saturday.
Apart from the usual performances (dance,traditional,poetic etc), there are quite a number of activities which we would like to draw your attention to. The program starts at 18:00 and the first part including all performances and Dinner ends at 10:45. The second part is an open dance floor.
1. We will have a children session(Anansesem) where Mitra Acheampong(Akosua) will take our kids through some of our lovely folktales back home.This will take place at 19:30 so please bring the kids very early to be part of this interesting part of the program.
2. We will have a quiz session getting to the later part which will focus on Ghana’s independence and general knowledge about Ghana and Sweden so please read a little about it to win lovely prizes
3. There will be a Raffle/Lottery session as a mean of raising money for the union.The raffle ticket is 20kr each and i will include pictures of the prizes. So at the gate as you pay your gate fee, please buy as many tickets as possible to increase your chances of winning.
4. There will be exhibition and sale of Ghanaian artifacts so please bring some money on you so you don’t miss a great opportunity to buy something unique.
The rest of the program is packed with activities for your entertainment so you will really miss out if you miss this event.
For clarification, the gate fee is as follows
100kr for individuals
150kr (single parent with kids(under 18))
250kr (family with kids )
